Autonum provide Consulting and Engineering services in the field of Industrial Electronics especially in maintenance, repairing and Retro-fitting of CNC Machines.
  
 

In our annual maintenance contracts, not only do we make sure that the equipment’s are repaired when broken down, but we also continuously monitor their performance. We also involve the customer's engineers in the process of caring for the equipment/ installation. We recognize that these are the people who are working on the systems everyday, and that they must be able to identify and resolve basic situations on a day to day basis. We do preventive maintenance so that the customer's installation always remain in proper working condition.

 

Repair :

1) We maintain and service CNC Machine Tools.

2) We provide repair services for CNC Control, PLC, AC and DC drives.

3) We take up retrofitting of machine tools.

4) We are the only authorised service agents in India for Fuji Electric Co, Japan


Refurbishment :
 
 

Any electronic circuit will degrade over time as components age, connectors wear and solder joints are subjected to the stresses of their operational environment. This aging process can cause unreliable, intermittent and often repeated failures on the same circuit. By undertaking a pro-active analysis and refurbishment of the circuit, Autonum can provide compelling results and improvements in the circuit performance. The process identifies components that have been degraded with time or are at risk of becoming obsolete and they are then replaced with exact or direct equivalents. Solder joints are re-worked and any worn connectors are replaced. This effectively means that the life of the circuit is extended and the reliability improved.

2. We prepare panels and complete the turnkey job.
